How To Use The Hydraulic Manual Pipe Bender

Refer to the instruction manual of the electric oil pump.
First, screw the working oil cylinder into the inner thread of the square block, so that the wheel mounted on the bracket at the rear end of the oil cylinder is facing downward.
Select the die head according to the outer diameter of the pipe to be bent, put it on the plunger, and put the corresponding grooves of the two rollers toward the die head, and then put it into the hole of the flower plate of the corresponding size, and then cover the upper flower plate, insert the pipe to be bent into the groove, and then pull the movable part of the quick connector at the end of the high-pressure oil pipe backward and put it on the joint of the working oil cylinder, tighten the drain screw on the electric oil pump, and the pipe can be bent.
After the pipe is bent, loosen the drain screw and the plunger will automatically reset.
