High Strength
The Hydraulic Exhaust Pipe Bender uses high-strength steel to manufacture the body, with a yield strength of more than 500MPa and a tensile strength of more than 800MPa. Its hydraulic system uses hydraulic valves and integrated circuits to individually control the bending movement, which not only disperses stress and reduces the load of individual components, but also reduces friction and heat generation inside the system by optimizing the flow path of the hydraulic oil, thereby effectively extending the service life of the hydraulic components.

 

Precise Bending
The pipe bender is equipped with a precision casting mold with a manufacturing accuracy of up to ±0.05mm and an advanced CNC system to ensure precise bending. Combined with the high-precision position control of Japan's Mitsubishi servo drive (positioning accuracy ±0.1°), the bending angle error is controlled within ±0.5°. The pull + roller-bending method is adopted to accurately control the pulling force and roller pressure, improve the bending accuracy, and meet the processing needs of complex-shaped pipes.

Convenient operation
The hydraulic system of the Hydraulic Exhaust Pipe Bender is combined with the return spring system to make the bending process smooth and efficient. The touch screen is matched with the CNC module, and the operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand. Users can quickly get started after simple training. The equipment has a slow positioning function, which allows precise position adjustment before bending to ensure that each bend achieves the expected effect.

 

Flexible adjustment
The Hydraulic Exhaust Pipe Bender supports bending of various specifications of pipes from 1/2" to 2". The mold and roller system adopts a modular design. Users can replace different molds and rollers as needed to adapt to pipes of different specifications and materials. Equipped with a manually adjustable digital flow control valve, users can adjust the bending speed (0.1m/min to 10m/min) according to the material and thickness of the pipe to ensure a stable and consistent bending process.
