1. Inspection before starting the machine (1) Before turning on the power switch, turn the flywheel by hand 2-3 times to confirm whether it is flexible. If it is not flexible, try a few more times until it can rotate normally. (2) Before starting, fill the oil pump with lubricating oil before starting the machine.
2. Operation steps (1) Perform each process in the order required by the process. (2) When the first process is completed, stop the operation of the process immediately and switch to the second process. Otherwise, the parts will be deformed or damaged. (3) After each process is completed, the power switch must be turned off before continuing to the next process.
3. Safety precautions (1) It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves or any other easily accessible parts near the machine during operation! (2) Do not leave the work station or smoke around the machine tool at will during work! (3) If a fault occurs during work, stop the machine in time to eliminate it.
